We'll have kites ready for you to decorate on-site — all materials included and free while supplies last!

Let's fill the plaza with a little art everywhere, for everyone.

This month-long exhibition celebrates Historic Preservation Month through the eyes of young artists. The show features original student artwork inspired by 12 historic sites in downtown Rome, Georgia. Each participating school receives an art education grant. This year's schools are:

Darlington School, Garden Lakes Elementary, Model High School, Model Middle School, Model Elementary School, Pepperell High School, & West End Elementary

This year's show also includes a special exhibit of work by local artists honoring the Floyd County Courthouse, which was damaged by fire on March 23, 2026.
